Spring is finally here in Edmonton, and that means that the real estate rush is in full swing! Check out these two recent aerial real estate shoots that I completed, one right in Edmonton, and the other just to the west!
The first property is a large urban ranch style home located just west of Edmonton in Lac Ste. Anne County. This beautiful house positioned on the high point of the property is treed in nicely, and shooting it was quite a lot of fun. The forecast was for sun that morning, but of course we experienced some weather and had to ground the operation for a few minutes before it cleared up again.
Once it cleared up, we were able to continue the shoot and grab some awesome aerial video and photos. We also had a beautiful rainbow appear after the brief ran shower, giving us our first aerial rainbow photo! We love it, and so does the realtor, Connie Gagan, “Chris, we are very impressed with the video and pictures you took. Fabulous job! I have already passed your name on to my colleagues. Worth every penny!”
Next up is a unique property to Edmonton, as it’s a large acreage that is located within the city limits on the west end! This property is huge, and the homeowner said that she was lucky to raise her family in their very own park. Check out this listing and more on Adam Dirksen of RE/MAX’s site.
Check out the video to see what the homeowner means about this place being a park. From the tree lined driveway, the horse that runs with you when you come home, and the large forest that backs the house, you’ll see what she means!
Shooting these two properties now that the weather has improved was a real treat! No more frozen fingers and eyelashes! 😉
