The wildfire situation in Fort McMurray, Alberta is leaving us speechless. The sheer magnitude of this horrific event is still unknown, however everyone is bracing for the worst. With insurance companies already predicting damage to be in the billions, it is clear that this is an event unlike any other in this province.
After seeing the maternity photos that we shot a few weeks ago on the downtown Edmonton footbridge, the group behind Save Edmonton’s Downtown Footbridge contacted me and asked if there was anything we can do to promote their cause. After some brainstorming, the result is this beautiful aerial video!

Even though we had a heck of a spring snow storm yesterday, spring is finally here in central Alberta, and that means it’s seeding season! Check out these Edmonton farm aerial photos and video that I shot on the weekend just prior to the snowstorm!

Cancer is one of those things that seems to have affected everyone directly or indirectly in some way. The team at the World’s Longest Hockey Game has been working hard since 2003 to organize this fundraiser, one of the most successful events in the history of the Alberta Cancer Foundation. We did out part today by taking a few aerial photos of the event out at Saiker’s Acres, located just east of Sherwood Park.
